The Captain is the AI assistant at the center of OpsATC.AI, powered by Anthropic's Claude. She reads your live operational data, ranks what needs attention by financial and operational impact, and surfaces decisions in priority order before anyone has to chase them down. Every fact she cites traces back to its source, and every read is logged. She never acts on your systems herself. Your operators commit each action in their own systems, with their own credentials.
Three to five items, per persona, per day. That is the priority depth The Captain surfaces: ranked by impact, with everything else one click away, never pushed as another alert. The point is to compress decisions, not to add another notification stream.
